Frequently Asked Question
Each plan includes a fully branded website with hosting and a custom domain. The Essential plan offers a one-page website, while higher plans offer more pages, languages, and advanced features like blogs and e-commerce.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time to unlock more pages, features, or additional languages. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll handle the upgrade for you.
Timelines depend on the plan you choose. The Essential plan is typically completed within 1-2 weeks, while more complex plans like Business or Premium may take 3-6 weeks, depending on custom features.
Yes, for most plans, we ask that you provide your own content (text, images, etc.). However, with the Premium plan, we offer content creation services, including copywriting and image sourcing.
Absolutely! You can add up to 3 languages for Essential and Standard plans and up to 5 for Business and Premium plans. We offer both basic (€19) and pro localisation (€49) options per language.
Revisions are designed to keep your project on track and ensure you’re happy with the final result. A revision is a review phase for changes after the website design is complete but before it moves to development. It’s much easier to make adjustments during the design phase than after development or once the site is live. Each plan includes a set number of revisions—1 for Essential, 2 for Standard, 3 for Business, and 5 for Premium—helping us stay efficient and avoid delays.
You’ll have access to our customer dashboard, where you can follow the progress of your website through each phase. From concept to design and development, you can track key milestones, leave comments, and upload files. This keeps you informed every step of the way.
We start with a Discovery & Strategy phase to understand your business needs. After our initial call or meeting, we’ll send you a questionnaire to gather details about your goals, design preferences, and any must-have features. From there, we move through each phase of the build, keeping you updated through the dashboard.
