How can I get in touch with your team?

Use the contact form to send a question or schedule a meeting, online or at our office in Mertzig.

What are your business hours for support inquiries?

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00. You can send requests at any time via the portal; we handle them during those hours. We do not offer 24/7 or emergency cover.

How soon will I hear back after requesting an appointment?

We reply to contact-form requests within 2–3 business days. Clients open support tickets in the client portal.
