Refund /Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions (Unlimited Remote IT Support + Unlimited Digital Marketing
+ Add-Ons)
- Monthly plans: Cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. Send email to support@8digit.lu. No refund for the 30-day notice period.
- Yearly (12-month) plans: Binding 12-month commitment. No refunds, no pro-rata cancellations, no early termination refunds during the contract term.
- Termination initiated by 8digit S.à r.l.: We reserve the right to cancel for any reason with notice. You will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.
- Plan upgrades: Remaining balance of the previous plan is refunded; new plan price is recalculated from the upgrade date.
- EU 14-day withdrawal right: Not applicable due to personalised services and significant initial setup investment.
- No exceptions to these subscription rules.
Hardware, Installation & Additional Services
- Refunds granted only for defective hardware, non-conformity, or if the product is not as described (subject to EU legal guarantee of conformity).
- No refunds for: hardware purchases, installation fees, labour, custom configurations, or any additional work performed.
- Device reset, swap, or incompatibility (e.g. non-compatible drive): We may invoice extra work on a case-by-case basis.
- All other hardware and add-on sales are final.
How to Request Cancellation or Refund
Send written request to support@8digit.lu. Include your account details, invoice number, and reason (if applicable).
