Managed IT Support builds on the Microsoft 365 Standard Plan and offers further benefits like access to our customer dashboard, where you can manage your devices, track support tickets, and oversee installations. You also get priority IT support over Microsoft 365 users, ensuring faster resolution of issues. Additionally, you’ll have full access to all our Guides and Tutorials for Windows, other tools, and expert tips to help you get the most out of your IT setup.
You can request IT support in several ways: by sending an email to our dedicated support mail, which will automatically raise a ticket, by raising a ticket directly from your dashboard, or, if enabled, by using our chat support via Microsoft Teams. You can track your ticket’s progress on the dashboard, add screenshots, or provide additional details as needed. We will then assist you remotely or, if necessary, send a technician for on-site support. Please note that this service is billed hourly.
While our regular support hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, we understand that emergencies can happen outside of those times. For urgent situations, we offer emergency support to ensure you’re never left without help when you need it most. Our Premium plan customers also receive the highest priority during these hours. And starting in 2025, our 8-Bot chat support will be available 24/7 to help with basic queries and troubleshooting. Please note, all IT support services are billed hourly.
Yes, with Managed IT Support, we provide assistance for both hardware and software issues. You’ll have access to priority IT support, which includes troubleshooting software problems and addressing hardware-related concerns. Whether it’s installing new hardware, configuring devices, or resolving software issues, we ensure comprehensive support for all your IT needs.
Our IT support is billed hourly, with rates starting at €69/hour for remote assistance and €79/hour for on-site support. For on-site visits, we also charge 1€ per km one way for travel. Additionally, our pricing varies depending on the service type—whether it’s IT Support, Web Development, or Microsoft 365 Admin services.
We aim to respond to all support tickets within 1 business day. However, for Premium plan customers, we offer priority support to ensure faster response times. You can track the progress of your ticket via our dashboard and add additional details if needed.
We offer access to a wide range of Guides and Tutorials through our customer dashboard. These cover everything from Microsoft 365 tools to troubleshooting common issues. Premium customers also have access to advanced tutorials and custom content to help them get the most out of their IT setup.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time through our dashboard. However, downgrades are only allowed at the end of your contract period. This ensures you have consistent access to the features and support you need throughout your commitment.
