Care plan
From €149/month incl. 17% TVA: hosting, security and backup monitoring, priority fixes if your site breaks, and up to 30 min of small content changes a month via your client dashboard (no new pages). Extra work €129/h, quoted first. 12-month term.

Every IT plan, including Pay as you go, starts with a signed service agreement (GDPR data processing and confidentiality), because we may see confidential data and passwords. It protects you and us.

Pricing questions
Are prices incl. TVA?
Yes. All prices on this page include 17% TVA. We work with business customers only.
Is there really no setup fee?
No setup fee on any plan: the build is included in the monthly price, which already includes 17% TVA.
How does yearly payment work?
Pay yearly, get 2 months free: you pay 10 months instead of 12. Online €2,500, Leads €5,000, Hands-off €10,000 per year incl. TVA.
What's the commitment?
12-month term. Leaving earlier is possible; how it works is set out in your signed agreement. Upgrades are possible anytime; downgrades happen at renewal.
How does payment work for a one-time website?
A 50% non-refundable deposit to start, the rest on completion. Business clients with quotes from €2,500 can pay the rest in 6 or 12 monthly SEPA instalments.
What does it cost after launch?
Care from €149/month incl. hosting, or hosting alone at €49/month or €490/year; the domain separately. Changes are €129/h incl. TVA, quoted first for bigger work.
What counts as a change request?
Edits you make yourself in the editor (texts and images) are always free. In the first month after launch, we fix bugs for free. Any change we make for you after that is billed at €129/h incl. TVA.
How long is the IT support term, and how do I cancel?
The Support plan and the Unlimited plan have a 12-month term. Leaving earlier is possible; how it works is set out in your signed agreement. Pay as you go has no term and no monthly fee.
