Every IT plan, including Pay as you go, starts with a signed service agreement (GDPR data processing and confidentiality), because we may see confidential data and passwords. It protects you and us.

How is time counted?
Remote help has a minimum of 30 minutes, then is counted in 30-minute steps. Onsite visits have a minimum of 1 hour.
Do you charge travel?
Yes, for onsite visits: €2/km incl. TVA on top of the onsite time. Onsite work has a 1-hour minimum, then 30-minute steps.
Is there a contract or term?
No monthly fee. Before we start, you sign our service agreement (GDPR data processing and confidentiality). You can move to a plan anytime. Pay as you go is for startups up to 5 people.
How fast do you reply?
Support hours are Mon–Fri 8:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00, closed weekends and public holidays. We reply within 1 working day.
When is a plan better?
If your team needs help most months, a plan gives you one fixed monthly cost. You can’t mix Pay as you go and a plan: your company is on one or the other. Tell us what you need and we compare the options with you.
Can I add Microsoft 365?
Yes. Microsoft 365 is an add-on, managed per person, with licence assignment and setup free.
