Template: 5 pages on a personalised modern design, from €2,500. Custom: designed from scratch with the features you need. Monthly plan: no upfront cost, from €250/month.
How much does a website cost?
Quotes start from €2,500 incl. 17% TVA for a template website (5 pages). A custom design starts from €5,000 incl. TVA. The final price depends on scope and is fixed before we start.
How long does it take?
A template website is live within about a month. A custom website's timeline is quoted per project; we don't promise a launch date before the brief is clear.
Which languages can it have?
English, French, German and Luxembourgish, in any mix. 1 language included. On a website plan: €25/month per extra language incl. TVA.
Do you do SEO? Do you guarantee rankings?
SEO basics are built in (titles, structured data, clear content). We don't guarantee rankings; a bigger SEO & AEO project is quoted separately.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We rebuild it as a new Webflow project, reuse what works and redirect your old URLs to protect your Google visibility.
What is the free website check?
We check 6 things on your current website: mobile speed, mobile-friendliness, Google basics, HTTPS/security, AI-search readiness and name and address consistency. You get a 1-page PDF report. Free, for Luxembourg businesses only.
Is there really no setup fee?
No setup fee on any plan: the build is included in the monthly price, which already includes 17% TVA.
What's the commitment?
12-month term. Leaving earlier is possible; how it works is set out in your signed agreement. Upgrades are possible anytime; downgrades happen at renewal.
Who owns my website?
Your domain is registered in your name. A website plan is a service: we build, host and look after your site for as long as your plan runs.
Do I need to ask for changes?
No. We improve the site ourselves and log every change in your dashboard. Requests are welcome and scheduled. Bigger new work is quoted first at €129/h incl. TVA.
What if my site breaks or goes down?
If your site breaks or goes down, we treat it as a priority and start fixing it as fast as we can. For everything else, there's no queue of requests to wait on: we look after your site proactively and make improvements ourselves, so you don't have to ask.
Who can subscribe?
Our website plans are for businesses only, such as tradespeople, independent professionals and small companies in Luxembourg. We don't offer them for private or personal websites. What is the difference between Pay as you go, the Support plan and the Unlimited plan?
Pay as you go is for startups and small teams of up to 5 people: no monthly plan fee, and remote or onsite help is billed separately, only when you ask for it. The Support plan costs €50 per person per month for teams of 1 to 25 people: unlimited tickets and 30 minutes of remote support per person per month (unused time does not carry over); extra remote and onsite work are billed separately. The Unlimited plan costs €100 per person per month for teams of 1 to 25 people: unlimited tickets and unlimited remote support during support hours; onsite work is billed separately. Fair use: unlimited remote support for normal day-to-day IT. Projects (migrations, new setups, rollouts) are not included and are quoted separately. All prices incl. 17% TVA. The Support plan and the Unlimited plan have a 12-month term; Pay as you go has no term. You can’t combine Pay as you go with a plan.
What can I ask for help with, and what is not included?
Everyday IT questions and problems: software errors, email and Microsoft 365 questions, slow computers, printers, user accounts and cloud tools. Larger work such as migrations, new devices or office setups is a project and is billed separately. Add-ons are not included in any plan: Microsoft 365, password manager, antivirus and security. We do not offer monitoring, 24/7 support or on-call cover.
How do I ask for help, and how fast do you respond?
Open a ticket in our client portal and describe the problem, for example “My computer is slow”. The portal keeps all your requests in one place. We work Monday to Friday, 8:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00, and handle every request as quickly as possible, starting with the most urgent.
How long is the term, and how do I cancel?
The Support plan and the Unlimited plan have a 12-month term. Paid plans are priced per person per month and can be billed monthly or yearly; the term is 12 months either way. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Leaving earlier is possible; how it works is set out in your signed agreement. Pay as you go has no term and no monthly plan fee: you only pay for the help you request. The full rules are in our Terms of Service.
Do I need to sign a service agreement?
Yes. Every IT plan, including Pay as you go, starts with a signed service agreement (GDPR data processing and confidentiality), because we may see confidential data and passwords. It protects you and us.
How does payment work for a one-time website?
A 50% non-refundable deposit to start, the rest on completion. Business clients with quotes from €2,500 can pay the rest in 6 or 12 monthly SEPA instalments.
How does yearly payment work for website plans?
Pay yearly, get 2 months free: you pay 10 months instead of 12. Online €2,500, Leads €5,000, Hands-off €10,000 per year incl. TVA.
What does a website cost after launch?
Care from €149/month incl. hosting, or hosting alone at €49/month or €490/year; the domain separately. Changes are €129/h incl. TVA, quoted first for bigger work.
Can I pay monthly instead?
Yes. Website plans start at €250/month incl. TVA with no setup fee: we build, host and keep improving your site. See website plans.
What are your hourly rates?
Website changes: €129/h incl. TVA. Other remote or onsite work: €100/h incl. TVA. Remote work has a 30-minute minimum and is billed in 30-minute steps. Onsite work has a 1-hour minimum, plus travel at €2/km incl. TVA.
Do you issue invoices with TVA / accept card payment?
Yes. All our invoices include TVA. You can pay by card or by SEPA bank transfer. Instalments are only possible by SEPA.

What do I need to provide?
We write all the texts for you; that's included. If you don't have photos, we choose fitting images and may suggest better ones. A professional photo shoot is available as a paid extra.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes, you get content-edit access for texts and images.
