Yes. When you move providers, we can handle smooth licence transfers so your seats and tenant relationship land cleanly with 8digit.

What’s the difference between Pay-As-You-Go and Unlimited?

Pay-As-You-Go suits smaller teams that pay per remote or onsite session. Unlimited Base Plan is fixed per seat with unlimited remote support; onsite is still billed separately. Both can sit alongside Microsoft 365 licensing through 8digit.

Do I still work with 8digit, or with Cloud Factory?

You work with 8digit. Cloud Factory backs the distributor / CSP route and does not sell direct to end customers. We remain your local contact for IT and licensing.
