Experience & Skills:

• Founder & CEO, 8digit SARL (2023–Present): Leading a Luxembourg-based company that empowers small businesses with tailored IT solutions, including managed Microsoft 365 for secure emails and collaboration, custom websites built as one-time projects with a fixed quote, and SEO-driven digital marketing to boost online visibility and growth— all built on my commitment to making technology simple, reliable, and results-oriented. We've helped 150+ businesses since 2007.
• Extensive IT Experience in Major Firms (2007–2023): Honed my skills at global tech leaders like Fujitsu and key Luxembourg companies, specializing in troubleshooting complex IT issues, optimizing infrastructure for efficiency, and implementing secure systems; this hands-on background allows me to provide on-site/remote support, virus removal, data recovery, and network setups that prevent downtime and enhance productivity for clients.
• Digital Marketing & SEO Expertise: Passionate about helping businesses thrive online, I craft targeted strategies including social media campaigns, Google/Bing ad management, and conversion optimization; drawing from years of experience, I ensure every website or marketing plan drives real leads and engagement, tailored specifically for Luxembourg's local market to help you stand out without the overwhelm.
• Web Design & Development Skills: With a deep love for design and user-friendly tech, I create custom, SEO-optimized websites and e-commerce platforms (like those for artists and therapists) that blend aesthetics with functionality; my approach focuses on affordable, scalable solutions that reflect your brand and make online presence effortless for small businesses.
• Microsoft 365 & Cybersecurity Specialization: Expert in integrating and managing M365 environments for seamless document security, email systems, and collaboration tools, plus basic cybersecurity setups like password management and threat protection; this skill set stems from my long-term industry roles, ensuring businesses in Luxembourg stay protected and efficient in an ever-evolving digital world.
